After every trim, wipe the grinding head to clear the dust, then wipe your dog's nails and paws clean. It keeps each trim tidy and your Silent Groom Pro grinding like new. Keep the device itself dry otherwise, no water, no gels, no human wipes. These are gentle, pet-safe, and made for the job. They also work anywhere else your dog needs a quick clean, paws, legs, and more. Swap in a fresh bit whenever the wheel feels smooth or starts to wobble.

Replace the grinding wheel when it feels smooth or starts to wobble. With the device off: rotate the cover counter-clockwise to remove it, lift the old wheel straight up and out, align the new wheel and press it in, then rotate the cover clockwise until it locks. No tools, takes seconds.
